Adverse Claim of Aboriginal Title to Land

“ Under the supremacy clause of the United States Constitution Art. VI, clause 2, state policies as to the rights of aliens to inherit must give way to overriding federal treaties and conflicting arrangements.” Kolovrat v. Oregon, 366 U. S. 187, 194, 81 S.Ct. 922 (1961)

Supreme Court of Canada rules a land mark decision in favor of the indigenous peoples of North America having Aboriginal Title: 


"...the title holders have the right to the benefits associated with the land - to use it, enjoy it and profit from it's economic development"; and, where title is found,"...governments and others seeking to use the land must obtain the consent of the Aboriginal title holders." - Supreme Court of Canada 

Trinidad and Tobago

 The below document is the Affidavit of Fact: Adverse Claim of Title and Reversion of Estate [Exhibit: A], Owner's Aboriginal Title to Allodium [Exhibit: A1], and copy of certified mail receipts made by Kamau Isobar Yingor Bey and Aminah Tabiya Tiye Bey regarding their treaty right to inherit their ancestral estate in reversion known as 140 North Post Road, Las Cuevas, Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. All parties in the case have been served via certified mail with return receipt.


There has been no cause to the contrary made to the adverse claim. Therefore, the adverse claim made by Kamau Isobar Yingor Bey and Aminah Tabiya Tiye Bey stands as prima facie evidence and conclusive proof of the facts stated therein.
