Enforce the Constitution

'Enforce the Constitution' civic organization is an active association or collective citizen body of conscious Moorish-American nationals, having in their possession, valid and confirmed Moorish nationality and identification cards; who act or convene as a political body, in accord with Moorish constitutional law and customs, to address local, national and international affairs and issues concerning the living Moorish nation.

We at Enforce the Constitution have, at a minimum, the Moorish Holy Temple of Science - Moorish Science Temple of America, Inc., degrees, a functional knowledge of the works of Sheik Shariff Abdul Ali, the Divine National Movement, including all General Laws - Temple Order, Customs, Books, Literature, Symbols, etc. The foregoing status must be known, and active members must assure that all Moors are conscious of their national responsibilities. 

Structure and function of government must be understood. The people must support their government, as their government is for their service. This includes the now restored Office of the Consul General of Morocco currently occupied by Lamont Maurice El, the Morocco Consular Court, and the members of Majlis here at North America. Enforcing the Constitution benefits those Moors who participate actively, in accord with our written Constitution and By-Laws and live the Moorish life. We work and contribute to the peace, progress and prosperity of our Moorish Nation.

IT MUST BE MADE CLEAR TO ALL CONSCIOUS MOORS THAT THE MOORISH NATIONAL FEDERAL GOVERNMENT HAS BEEN USURPED AND WE HAVE BEEN SUBJUGATED UNDER COLOR-OF-LAW. MOORS WHO HAVE TAKEN ON THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE "GREAT SEAL" MUST BE CONSCIOUS OF THEIR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO THEMSELVES, THEIR FAMILIES AND THEIR NATION. YOU WILL GET NO MORE OUT OF THE MOORISH NATIONAL MOVEMENT THAN YOU ARE WILLING TO PUT IN IT FOR IT'S SUCCESS!

 On June 17, 2021, at approximately 2:30 p.m. EST, Consul General Lamont Maurice El and officers of the Morocco Consular Court at the Maryland state attended a foreign de facto administrative hearing at the foreign venue DISTRICT COURT OF MARYLAND FOR CHARLES COUNTY (Inc.) in connection with the matter of a kidnapping of Moorish American national Jafar Abdul Adl El under color of law.

This attendance followed previously issued court orders, including the Writ of Habeas Corpus Ad Subjiciendum (March 5, 2021), Consular Court Writ of Quo Warranto, and the subsequently entered Order of Default (June 14, 2021).

The de facto case record reflects that on June 17, 2021, the state's attorney of the foreign de facto STATE OF MARYLAND (Inc.) entered a Nolle Prosequi, dismissing and closing the matter with prejudice for lack of jurisdiction and fraud, and Jafar Abdul Adl El was released on that date pursuant to the orders issued by Morocco Consular Court.
