Fraudulent Lien Cases

 Below is the copy of the online 'Maryland Case Search' records which shows the status of the case being dismissed with prejudice for lack of jurisdiction and fraud pursuant to the below Default Judgment [Exhibit: B] issued under consular jurisdiction by Adeel Zakat Saeed Bey, Vice Consul for Morocco Consular Court at the Maryland state republic. 

 Below is the 'certified' copy of the Default Judgment [Exhibit: B] issued under consular jurisdiction by Moorish American national Lamont Maurice Butler-El. The Default Judgment [Exhibit: B] was entered in case number 0D00415002 on or about April 10, 2021, which ordered for the dismissal of the case with prejudice for lack of jurisdiction and fraud. All parties listed therein was served at their addresses. 

The Default Judgment [Exhibit: B] stands as conclusive evidence of lack of jurisdiction and fraud, and the persons therein listed as "Judgment Debtors" being indebted to the Judgment Creditor,  Lamont Maurice Butler-El.   

The below Default Judgment [Exhibit: B] is enforceable at the Maryland state jurisdiction pursuant to the 'Full Faith and Credit' clause under Article 4, section 1 of the Constitution for the United States of North America. 

Below is the copy of the United States Postmaster - Certified mail receipts and return receipts which stand as conclusive proof of the service of process of the Default Judgment [Exhibit: B] being made upon acting Chief of Police Marcus G. Jones of the MONTGOMERY COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT (Inc.) on April 21, 2021; acting State's Attorney John J. McCarthy of the OFFICE OF THE STATES ATTORNEY FOR MONTGOMERY COUNTY (Inc.) on April 19, 2021; and acting Administrative Commissioner Carolyn M. Creel of the DISTRICT COURT FOR MONTGOMERY COUNTY (Inc.) on April 19, 2021. 

The below unsigned instrument (the 1st page) was filed into docket number 0D00415002 by Bryan Roslund, (acting as) assistant state's attorney for the foreign MONTGOMERY COUNTY (Inc.) on or about March 24, 2021, for the dismissal of the collusive action taken under color of law against the fictitious corporate person / nom de guerre LAMONT MAURICE BUTLER (race: black). The docket is set to be dismissed on April 16, 2021. 

Also attached are several misrepresented instruments which stands as conclusive evidence of international treaty violations associated with docket number 0D00415002, including, but not limited to, fraud, denationalization, misrepresentation, conspiracy to kidnap, color of law, color of authority, impersonation of judicial officer, and collusion to sale into slavery by several foreign occidental European colonists and stateless persons purporting or pretending to be employees / contractors of the private foreign de facto corporate entities DISTRICT COURT FOR MONTGOMERY COUNTY (Inc.), MONTGOMERY COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT (Inc.), STATE OF MARYLAND (Inc.), et al.

The below 'unsigned' instrument was forwarded to Lamont Maurice Butler-El via improper service of process, and was used as a "counter-claim" instrument to the non-UCC filing of the Default Judgment [Exhibit: B] ("Judgment Lien"). Such instrument was sent from a mystery person purporting or pretending to be an employee / contractor for the foreign DEPARTMENT OF ASSESSMENTS AND TAXATION (Inc.). 

Below is the certified copy of the Financing Statement with the attached copy of the certified 'Judgment Lien' that was recorded with the Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation as a "non UCC filing". 

 Acting policeman B.J. Smith #1117 of the foreign MONTGOMERY COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT (Inc.), as well as acting State's Attorney John J. McCarthy and acting assistant state's attorney Bryan Roslund of the foreign OFFICE OF THE STATES ATTORNEY FOR MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MARYLAND, falsely claimed the non UCC filing to be filed under the UCC. It was NOT!

The filing is clearly shown to be a "Non UCC Filing" in Box 6b near the bottom right side of page 1 (2nd page) of the Financing Statement. (circled in red)

Below is a copy of the Instructions on for the Financing Statement (Form UCC1). 

Go near the bottom of the page where you see the red arrow pointing at the highlighted 6b which is the instructions for a non UCC security interest filing. 

You will see one of the examples of a non UCC filing is a "Judgment lien".

Below is the rebuttal to the unsigned counter-claim instrument that was forwarded to him via improper service of process from the mystery person purporting or pretending to be an employee / contractor for the foreign DEPARTMENT OF ASSESSMENTS AND TAXATION (Inc.). 

The below email was forwarded to the email used by Lamont Maurice Butler-El with an attached misrepresented instrument styled as an administrative "search and seizure warrant" (unsigned) alleged to be issued by Kevin G. Hessler, a foreign occidental European colonist purporting or pretending to be an associate administrative clerk of the DISTRICT COURT FOR MONTGOMERY COUNTY (Inc.). There is no case / docket number referenced on the instrument showing that it was pulled from any record, nor was there any evidence of an attached written accusation of probable cause signed by an alleged 'injured party' in support in accordance with the 4th Amendment of the Constitution for the United States of North America.

The spurious instrument was used as legal chicanery to coerce Lamont Maurice Butler-El to file a "motion to quash" in a foreign venue under color of law in order to prevent the undisclosed representatives of GOOGLE LLC. / GOOGLE, Inc., from releasing the private and personal email and information related to the GOOGLE account used by Lamont Maurice Butler-El to undisclosed persons acting as employees / contractors of the foreign MONTGOMERY COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMMENT (Inc.), absent of a valid and verifiable lawful search and seizure warrant.  

Below is the Writ of Quo Warranto [Exhibit: A] filed in the records of Morocco Consular Court and served upon the Respondents (Defendants), which included Pichai Sundararajan, (acting as) Chief Executive Officer of the foreign corporate entity GOOGLE LLC. / GOOGLE Inc., via certified mail in response to the spurious email attached with the fake "warrant". 

There was no valid and verifiable lawful search and seizure warrant produced, nor was there an answer or response made to the Writ of Quo Warranto [Exhibit: A] which constitutes default and conclusive proof of lack of jurisdiction and fraud in the inducement.  

Below is a copy of the online 'Maryland Case Search' records for docket number 3D00291896 being an alleged 'Fraudulent Lien' case against the fictitious corporate person / nom de guerre LAMONT MAURICE BUTLER (race: black), i.e., a collusive action taken under color of law within purview of the unconstitutional 14th Amendment.

Docket number 3D00291896 was dismissed with prejudice for lack of jurisdiction and fraud, in accordance with the (handwritten) Default Judgment entered in the records of the foreign DISTRICT COURT FOR MONTGOMERY COUNTY (Inc.) by Lamont Maurice Butler-El. 

***Please Note***

 An assistant administrative clerk of the DISTRICT COURT FOR MONTGOMERY COUNTY (Inc.) asserted that the records get destroyed after two (2) years. Thus, a certified copy of the 'Default Judgment' was not obtained prior to the records being allegedly destroyed.
