All addressees listed therein were served at their mailing addresses with the Affidavit of Fact: Writ of Error [Exhibit: L] which ordered that the misrepresented instruments – bills of attainder / foreign bills of exchange styled as a de facto ORDER dated April 7, 2022; and the instrument titled NOTICE TO APPEAR FOR MOTION HEARING dated July 14, 2022; and the instrument titled NOTICE TO APPEAR FOR FINAL TRIAL CONFERENCE dated July 15, 2022; and the de facto administrative bench warrant instrument dated July 22, 2022, which were all addressed to the fictitious corporate person / nom de guerre QUINN CUMBERLANDER (race: Black) under color of law, and any other attachments associated thereto are unconstitutional, notwithstanding, null and void ab initio and unenforceable for lack or jurisdiction and fraud. There was no cause made to the contrary which constitutes admission by silence. 

The below Affidavit of Fact: Writ of Error [Exhibit: L] is enforceable pursuant to the 'Full Faith and Credit' clause under Article 4, section 1 of the Constitution for the United States of North America.  

Below is the 'Certified' copy of the Writ of Error issued by Lamont Maurice El, Consul General /Judicial officer of Morocco Consular Court at the Maryland state republic, and entered in the records of case number 2181-CR-00362 on July 22, 2022, ex parte Moorish American national Quinn Khabir El, and the attached 'Certified' copy of the Affidavit of Fact: Rescission of Signature on Alleged Order [Exhibit: J] entered in the records of case number 2181-CR-00362 on July 21, 2022, by Moorish American national Quinn Khabir El .

All addressees listed therein were served at their mailing addresses with the Writ of Error which ordered that the misrepresented instruments – bills of attainder / foreign bills of exchange styled as a de facto ORDER dated April 7, 2022, and the de facto administrative hearing held on April 7, 2022, and any other attachments associated thereto are unconstitutional, notwithstanding, null and void ab initio and unenforceable for lack or jurisdiction and fraud. 

All addressees listed therein were also served at their mailing addresses with the Affidavit of Fact: Rescission of Signature on Alleged Order [Exhibit: J] which asserted the autograph / signature of Quinn Khabir El (ex rel. QUINN CUMBERLANDER) was rescinded nunc pro tunc and is now held void ab initio and unenforceable on the instrument titled ORDER OF PRETRIAL CONDITIONS OR RELEASE dated May 10, 2022. 

 There was no answer or cause to the contrary made thereto, which constitutes admission by silence. 

The below Writ of Error and attached Affidavit of Fact: Rescission of Signature on Alleged Order [Exhibit: J] is enforceable pursuant to the 'Full Faith and Credit' clause under Article 4, section 1 of the Constitution for the United States of North America.

All addressees listed therein were served at their mailing addresses with the handwritten Affidavit of Fact: Default Judgment [Exhibit: D1] which Quinn Khabir El ordered for the dismissal with prejudice of case number 2181-CR-00362 and any other attachments associated thereto for lack of jurisdiction and fraud; and for the principal amount of $11,022,000 payable in lawful money of .9999 fine silver bullion coins or bars for compensatory damages. There was no answer or cause to the contrary made thereto, which constitutes admission by silence.

All addressees listed therein were served at their mailing addresses with the handwritten Affidavit of Fact: Notice of Withdrawal [Exhibit: A2] which Quinn Khabir El commanded for any instrument listed therein titled "Motion", and any instrument in support of any "Motion", were to be withdrawn from the records of case number 2181-CR-00362. There was no answer or cause to the contrary made thereto, which constitutes admission by silence.

 Below is the 'True Test' copy of the certified Order of Default [Exhibit: B] was issued under consular jurisdiction on August 30, 2021, by Lamont Maurice El, Consul General of Morocco, and entered into the records of Morocco Consular Court at the Massachusetts commonwealth republic against several foreign hybrid European colonists including Emily A. Karstetter, (acting as) Associate Administrative clerk of the private foreign corporate MALDEN DISTRICT COURT (Inc.), and Lewis G. Evangelidis, (acting as) Sheriff for WORCESTER COUNTY, Massachusetts, (et al.) due to their failure to execute the duty in the Writ of Habeas Corpus Ad Subjiciendum by releasing our Moorish American national Quinn Khabir El.

On or about August 31, 2021, the Order of Default [Exhibit: B] was received by Emily A. Karstetter and was entered into the records of case number 2150-CR-001097 of the foreign MALDEN DISTRICT COURT (Inc.). By default, Emily A. Karstetter and Lewis G. Evangelidis (et al.) forfeit any and all offices, oaths of office, and surety bonds in relation to any de facto public service and / or office of trust. 

 The below 'True Test' copy of the certified Order of Default [Exhibit: B] is enforceable under consular jurisdiction at the Massachusetts commonwealth republic pursuant to the 'Full Faith and Credit' clause under Article 4, section 1 of the Constitution for the United States of North America. 

Below is the 'True Test' copy of the Writ of Habeas Corpus Ad Subjiciendum issued under consular jurisdiction on August 13, 2021, by Lamont Maurice El, Consul General of Morocco, and entered into the records of Morocco Consular Court at the Maryland state republic with the attached Affidavit of Evidence and Information [Exhibit: B] executed by Adeel Zakat Saeed Bey, Vice Consul and Vizir.

On August 18, 2021, the Writ of Habeas Corpus Ad Subjiciendum was received and entered into the records of case number 2150-CR-001097 of the foreign MALDEN DISTRICT COURT (Inc.), and ordered for the immediate release of Quinn Khabir El [ex rel. QUINN CUMBERLANDER, ID# 0711662] from the custody of the foreign hybrid European male Fulton Holland, (acting as) Warden of the foreign corporate entity WORCESTER COUNTY JAIL AND HOUSE OF CORRECTIONS (Inc.), and the foreign hybrid European male Lewis G. Evangelidis, (acting as) Sheriff for WORCHESTER COUNTY, Massachusetts.  

The below Writ of Habeas Corpus Ad Subjiciendum is enforceable pursuant to the 'Full Faith and Credit' clause under Article 4, section 1 of the Constitution for the United States of North America.

Below is the 'True Test' copy of the certified Writ of Quo Warranto [Exhibit: C] was issued under consular jurisdiction on August 30, 2021, by Morocco Consular Court at the Massachusetts commonwealth republic for the investigation and examination into the color of authority of several foreign hybrid European colonists (human traffickers) which include, but not limited to, Emily A. Karstetter, (acting as) Associate Administrative clerk of the private foreign corporate MALDEN DISTRICT COURT (Inc.), and Lewis G. Evangelidis, (acting as) Sheriff for WORCESTER COUNTY, Massachusetts, and the private foreign corporate WORCHESTER COUNTY JAIL AND HOUSE OF CORRECTIONS (Inc.) regarding the kidnapping and hostage holding for profit of our Moorish American national Quinn Khabir El (being detained ex rel. QUINN CUMBERLANDER, #0711662) under color of law.

Per Article 24 of the Treaty of Peace and Friendship of 1836 between the United States of North America and the Moroccan Empire, "If any differences shall arise by either party infringing on any of the articles of this treaty, peace and harmony shall remain notwithstanding, in the fullest force, until a friendly application shall be made for an arrangement; and until that application shall be rejected, no appeal shall be made to arms."

 The below 'True Test' copy of the certified Writ of Quo Warranto [Exhibit: C] is enforceable under consular jurisdiction at the Massachusetts commonwealth republic pursuant to the 'Full Faith and Credit' clause under Article 4, section 1 of the Constitution for the United States of North America.

The below True Test copy of the Affidavit of Fact: Writ of Quo Warranto [Exhibit: A] was issued by Moorish American national Quinn Khabir El [ex rel. QUINN CUMBERLANDER] under consular jurisdiction, and authenticated under seal by Consul General Lamont Maurice El. 

On or about August 6, 2021, the Writ of Quo Warranto [Exhibit: A] was entered into the records of case number 2150-CR-001097 of the foreign MALDEN DISTRICT COURT (Inc.), and Quinn thereby invoked his treaty rights to consular jurisdiction and challenged the jurisdiction of the foreign hybrid European colonists Emily A. Karstetter (acting as assistant Administrative clerk), Marybeth Brady (acting as Administrative clerk), and Marian T. Ryan (acting as District Attorney), and the foreign corporate entity MALDEN DISTRICT COURT (Inc.) on the grounds of lack of jurisdiction, fraud and improper venue.

Emily A. Karstetter, Marybeth Brady, and Marian T. Ryan was given three (3) days from their receipt of the Writ of Quo Warranto [Exhibit: A] to answer and prove jurisdiction, and they have failed to do so which constitutes DEFAULT and conclusive proof of lack of jurisdiction.
