A collusive action was commenced under color of law in the name of KENSINGTON SQUARE LLC, associated with the third-party foreign colonizers name Patrick W. Keefe and Benzy Fishbane of BROAD MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC; and Christine Elizabeth Travaglini #49327, of DAVIS & TRAVAGLINI LLC, who is acting as attorney for the alleged plaintiff.
The unconstitutional bill-of-attainder instrument styled as “SUMMONS (LANDLORD–TENANT ACTIONS)” dated July 30, 2026, was processed through the foreign de facto CIRCUIT COURT OF ST. LOUIS COUNTY (Inc.), with Chastidy Dillon-Amelung, Marilyn Mack-Williams, and Joan M. Gilmer acting as administrative clerks de facto. The instrument directs the fictitious corporate name styled as “HUES-EL” to appear on August 20, 2026, by color of authority.
Without consenting to adjudication of the merits, Ms. Hues-El entered a special appearance via an Affidavit of Fact: Writ of Quo Warranto [EXHIBIT A], which commands the identified opposing foreigners to establish proof of their Article III judicial authorization and jurisdiction, nationality, standing, contractual nexus, bonding, lawful service of process, and consular venue.
The Writ of Quo Warranto incorporates Ms. Hues-El’s Declaration of Aboriginal Heirship [A1], national identification record [A2], certified Treaty of Peace and Friendship of 1836 [A3], with other supporting attachments.
Ms. Hues-El also entered an Affidavit of Fact: Writ of Error [EXHIBIT B], declaring that want of jurisdiction, lack of standing, procedural error, and improper service render the disputed case and “SUMMONS (LANDLORD–TENANT ACTIONS)” instrument void ab initio and unenforceable.
