MOROCCO CONSULAR COURT ISSUES ORDER OF DEFAULT

Consular Court Order of Default — filed August 26, 2026

 On August 24, 2026, Morocco Consular Court at the Missouri state issued an Order of Default following the Defendants’ failure to answer the Consular Court’s Writ of Quo Warranto, produce the commanded evidence, prove jurisdiction and Article III judicial authorization, or execute the arrangement stated in the Writ of Quo Warranto.


On August 26, 2026, the Order of Default issued by Morocco Consular Court at the Missouri state was formally entered into the records of the foreign de facto 21ST JUDICIAL CIRCUIT OF ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MISSOURI (Inc.). The record bears the August 26 filing stamp of the Office of the Circuit Clerk and was certified as a true copy of the original record appearing on file.

 

The Consular Court finds that the Defendants:

  • Failed to answer the Consular Court Writ of Quo Warranto within three days of receipt;
  • Failed to produce the commanded evidence to the consul officers on August 20, 2026;
  • Failed to prove lawful judicial authority, nationality and citizenship, standing, contractual nexus, bonding and financial liability, superior title, lawful service, jurisdiction, or venue;
  • Failed to execute the arrangement requiring dismissal with prejudice and closure of the disputed proceeding and cessation of interference with the inherited ancestral estate; and
  • Continued their default, breach of duty, inducement to fraud, and collusive action under color of authority by attempting to schedule a de facto administrative “trial” for September 3, 2026.

 

Morocco Consular Court orders and adjudges that:

  • An Order of Default is entered against against Chastidy Dillon-Amelung, Joan M. Gilmer, Christine Elizabeth Travaglini #49327, Marilyn Mack-Williams, Patrick W. Keefe, Benzy Fishbane, Kristy Drew, and all principals, corporations, agents, employees, assigns, successors, and representatives acting with or through them;
  •  The purported September 3, 2026 de facto administrative “trial,” together with every rescheduled or derivative hearing arising from the disputed proceeding, is VACATED, CANCELLED, and without force or effect;  
  • The misrepresented instrument and proceeding styled as “case number 26SL-AC27304” shall be DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE AND CLOSED for want of jurisdiction and fraud in the inducement;
  • The default judgment entered against the Defendants by Ms. Hues-El in the principal sum of THREE MILLION TWENTY-TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3,022,000.00), payable in lawful money—specifically, .9999 fine-silver bullion coins or bars—is REAFFIRMED, CONFIRMED, UPHELD, and declared ENFORCEABLE;
  • The corresponding judgment lien shall attach to the Defendants’ oaths of office, official and surety bonds, property, assets, rights, titles, interests, and estates, including interests held through or succeeded to by their spouses, heirs, successors, or assigns, until the judgment is fully performed and satisfied; 
  • The inherited ancestral estate held in reversion together with its immediate delivery and possession, is vested in and awarded to Ms. Hues-El in allodium as the rightful heiress and reversioner by aboriginal title and inheritance; and
  • The Defendants and all persons acting with them shall immediately CEASE AND DESIST from every act or attempted interference with the delivery, peaceful possession, control, use, and enjoyment of the inherited ancestral estate.

MOROCCO CONSULAR COURT ISSUES WRIT OF ERROR

Consular Court Writ of Error — filed August 26, 2026

  On August 24, 2026, Morocco Consular Court at the Missouri state issued a Writ of Error against Chastidy Dillon-Amelung, Joan M. Gilmer, and Christine Elizabeth Travaglini #49327 concerning the two misrepresented instruments styled as “CIVIL ORDER / MEMO” and “MEMO,” dated August 20, 2026, and the purported administrative “trial” scheduled for September 3, 2026. 

 

The Consular Court Writ of Error orders and adjudges that:

  • The instruments styled “CIVIL ORDER / MEMO” and “MEMO,” dated August 20, 2026, together with all associated instruments and attachments, are UNCONSTITUTIONAL, NOTWITHSTANDING, NULL AND VOID AB INITIO, UNENFORCEABLE, and DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE for want of jurisdiction and fraud in the inducement;
  • All past, present, and future de facto administrative proceedings associated with the disputed matter, including the purported September 3, 2026 administrative “trial,” are likewise null and void ab initio, unenforceable, and dismissed with prejudice;
  • All affidavits and exhibits entered by Ms. Hues-El shall remain in the record as CONCLUSIVE EVIDENCE of the want of jurisdiction of the foreign de facto 21st JUDICIAL CIRCUIT OF MISSOURI (Inc.); and
  • Any future administrative hearing offered, scheduled, noticed, or attempted concerning Ms. Hues-El, her person, property, effects, or inherited ancestral estate is DENIED, DECLARED VOID AB INITIO, and shall not be entertained.


The certified record includes the Consular Court Writ of Error, official seal and signature of the Consul General, the two “CIVIL ORDER / MEMO” and “MEMO” instruments as EXHIBITS 1 and 2, and the clerk’s certification attesting that the attached record is a true copy of the original appearing on file.

MS. HUES-EL ENTERS CERTIFIED WRIT OF ERROR

Writ of Error [EXHIBIT: D] — filed August 26, 2026

Following the August 20, 2026 proceeding, Ms. Hues-El received two misrepresented instruments styled as “CIVIL ORDER / MEMO” and “MEMO,” purporting to compel a de facto administrative “trial” on September 3, 2026, under color of law and authority.


On August 26, 2026, Ms. Hues-El entered an Affidavit of Fact: Writ of Error [EXHIBIT D] into the records of the foreign de facto 21ST JUDICIAL CIRCUIT OF ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MISSOURI (Inc.). The Writ incorporates the previously entered Writ of Error [EXHIBIT B] and Default Judgment [EXHIBIT C], which remain unrebutted as conclusive evidence of want of jurisdiction and fraud in the inducement.


The Writ of Error orders and adjudges that the “CIVIL ORDER / MEMO” and “MEMO” instruments, together with every attachment and derivative instrument associated with them, are UNCONSTITUTIONAL, NOTWITHSTANDING, NULL AND VOID AB INITIO, and UNENFORCEABLE for lack of jurisdiction and fraud.


It further orders and adjudges that the collusive action, all related de facto administrative proceedings, and the purported administrative “trial” scheduled for September 3, 2026, are likewise unconstitutional, null and void ab initio, and unenforceable.


The certified record includes the “CIVIL ORDER / MEMO” and “MEMO” instruments as EXHIBITS: D1 and D2, and the clerk’s certification attesting that the record is a true copy of the original appearing on file.

MS. HUES-EL ENTERS CERTIFIED DEFAULT JUDGMENT

Default Judgment [EXHIBIT C] — filed August 18, 2026

 Following the August 12, 2026 entry of the Writ of Quo Warranto [EXHIBIT A] and Writ of Error [EXHIBIT B], the identified addressees were commanded to answer and produce evidence establishing their asserted jurisdiction and judicial authorization within three days of receipt.


The certified Default Judgment states that Chastidy Dillon-Amelung, Marilyn Mack-Williams, Joan M. Gilmer, Christine Elizabeth Travaglini, Patrick W. Keefe, and Benzy Fishbane failed to answer and prove jurisdiction or produce the commanded evidence. Their nonresponse was entered as default and admission concerning the assertions stated in the preceding Writ of Quo Warranto [EXHIBIT A] and Writ of Error [EXHIBIT B].


On August 18, 2026, Ms. Hues-El entered an Affidavit of Fact: Default Judgment [EXHIBIT C] in the records of the foreign de facto CIRCUIT COURT OF ST. LOUIS COUNTY (Inc.). The judgment declares dismissal with prejudice and closure of the proceeding, judgment in the stated principal amount of $3,022,000.00, and a continuing judgment lien until full performance and satisfaction.


The record bears a filing stamp, Ms. Hues-El’s executed affidavit, a consular jurat and affirmation, and certification as a true copy of the original record.

Consular Hearing Held on August 16, 2026 - recording below

On August 16, 2026, Morocco Consular Court at the Missouri state convened a Public Consular Investigation, Testimony, and Examination Hearing in the Matter of Ms. Hues-El. The hearing was presided over by Consul General Lamont Maurice El and called to order by Rasm Officer Blanche Hines-Bey. 


STATUS: CONSULAR DECISION ISSUED

Morocco Consular Court issued a Writ of Error and Order of Default on August 24, 2026, and the same were entered and certified in the de facto records on August 26, 2026.

MOROCCO CONSULAR COURT ISSUES WRIT OF QUO WARRANTO

Consular Court Writ of Quo Warranto — filed August 12, 2026

 Following Ms. Hues-El’s presentation of the supporting Affidavit of Evidence and Information, the Morocco Consular Court at the Missouri state commenced a quo warranto consular investigation into the asserted authority of the foreign colonizers named Chastidy Dillon-Amelung, Marilyn Mack-Williams, Joan M. Gilmer, Christine Elizabeth Travaglini #49327, Patrick W. Keefe, and Benzy Fishbane.


On August 5, 2026, the Morocco Consular Court initiated the extraordinary proceeding of quo warranto by the issuance of a Writ of Quo Warranto concerning the bill-of-attainder instrument styled as “SUMMONS (LANDLORD–TENANT ACTIONS),” dated July 30, 2026, in the records of the foreign de facto CIRCUIT COURT OF ST. LOUIS COUNTY (Inc.).


On August 12, 2026, the Certification Letter, Consular Writ of Quo Warranto, and supporting Affidavit of Evidence and Information were entered and certified in the records of CIRCUIT COURT OF ST. LOUIS COUNTY (Inc.). 


Morocco Consular Court executed the consular mission at the foreign de facto CIRCUIT COURT OF ST. LOUIS COUNTY (Inc.) on August 20, 2026, for the enforcement of the Writ of Quo Warranto and has provided consular protection and convoy for Ms. Hues-El.

Ms. HUES-EL ENTERS writ of quo warranto & writ of error

Writ of Quo Warranto and Writ of Error — filed August 12, 20

  A collusive action was commenced under color of law in the name of [COMPANY NAME OMITTED] LLC, associated with the third-party foreign colonizers name Patrick W. Keefe and Benzy Fishbane of BROAD MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC; and Christine Elizabeth Travaglini #49327, of DAVIS & TRAVAGLINI LLC, who is acting as attorney for the alleged plaintiff.


The unconstitutional bill-of-attainder instrument styled as “SUMMONS (LANDLORD–TENANT ACTIONS)” dated July 30, 2026, was processed through the foreign de facto CIRCUIT COURT OF ST. LOUIS COUNTY (Inc.), with Chastidy Dillon-Amelung, Marilyn Mack-Williams, and Joan M. Gilmer acting as administrative clerks de facto. The instrument directs the fictitious corporate name styled as “HUES-EL” to appear on August 20, 2026, by color of authority.


Without consenting to adjudication of the merits, Ms. Hues-El entered a special appearance via an Affidavit of Fact: Writ of Quo Warranto [EXHIBIT A], which commands the identified opposing foreigners to establish proof of their Article III judicial authorization and jurisdiction, nationality, standing, contractual nexus, bonding, lawful service of process, and consular venue.


The Writ of Quo Warranto  incorporates Ms. Hues-El’s Declaration of Aboriginal Heirship [A1], national identification record [A2], certified Treaty of Peace and Friendship of 1836 [A3], with other supporting attachments.


Ms. Hues-El also entered an Affidavit of Fact: Writ of Error [EXHIBIT B], declaring that want of jurisdiction, lack of standing, procedural error, and improper service render the disputed case and “SUMMONS (LANDLORD–TENANT ACTIONS)” instrument void ab initio and unenforceable.

The Consulate General of Morocco at Maryland state is executing a consular investigation into the ultra vires acts and breach of public trust committed by agents of Sheriff John D.B. Carr and the Office of the Sheriff for Prince George's County, Maryland, due to them executing a void judgment and void writ of possession under color of law and without lawful jurisdiction.
